How do I hire pretty things from The Collect Co? 

Fill out the quick form on my contact page. Once I have all the info I can send you my brochure and services. Or email me directly hello@thecollectco.com and fill me in on all your event wants and dreams!

My hire collection is only accessible via one of my services because I want my planning, design and styling clients to have full access to the collection.


Is it just you @ The Collect Co?

Hi, yes it is! Although I think I’m superwoman at times, I obviously can't do everything by myself, so I have an amazing small team dependant on the size of the event. I also reach out to fellow suppliers if I think the job needs it - collaboration is key for creating beautiful results.


Can I reserve items for my selected date?

Items are automatically reserved upon booking in with any of my services. You have full access to the collection for your event.


How long can I keep the items?

The hire period is for 1 day. For anything longer it will be agreed within your contract.


Do you deliver?

Yes. Delivery and collection is always an additional cost so please check on your quotation. 


How much is delivery?

Delivery is based on location and mileage from our storage unit in Kent, the size of delivery, unloading time and how many of us are needed to get everything carefully and safely to you. Ask me for a quote!


Where do you deliver to?

I generally work within a 2 hour radius from London and the South East. For orders outside this, there will be a higher delivery fee, and possibly an overnight contribution. But I love to travel and I’m always up for seeing somewhere new so let me know where you are and I’ll see if I can help.


I’ve changed my mind

Due to booking out the collection just for you, I have cancellation charges - these are listed within your contract upon booking in.


can i just hire a few items?

Unfortunately not, I ask for you to meet a minimum spend with my other services.


When is the final payment due?

6 weeks prior to your event.


When should we be booking items or services for our event?

It’s just me here @ The Collect Co, with extra help for larger events. So if you’re booking in my time – styling or on-the-day coordination -  it’s best to get in early. Some of you like to get in there super early which I love. And after the build up of events in 2020/21 I suggest getting in touch as soon as you can.

Not at the moment sorry.


Can I come to your showroom?

I don’t have a show room. In the meantime you’re welcome to request my brochure here.


What happens if things get broken. Or stained?

Accidents happen. I’ll get details of replacement or repair costs over to you shortly after. If it’s a stain or tear, it will just be the cost of cleaning and repairs.


Are you into Styled Shoots?

Yes, although I’m only taking on a couple of projects in 2022 as we have a very busy year ahead.
